With the recent changes to energy efficiency requirements in the National Building Code of Canada (NBC 2010) and the ensuing release of the Pan-Canadian Framework, the goal of which is to make "new buildings more efficient" through the adoption of increasingly stringent model building codes, we knew there was going to be more red tape to deal with...
